Commercial Alarm Systems provides design build services for fire alarm and security
systems. We work with building owners, property managers, general contractors, and
electrical contractors for these services. For design build projects, we will:

- Attend meetings with building owners/property managers to conduct a site
investigation and determine customer needs.
- Meet with local building officials to determine code compliance.
- Develop a design build plan that discusses the system architecture necessary
to fill customer needs.
- Prepare system design drawings.
- We then provide equipment, programming, and testing services for the project.
Throughout installation, we provide project management to coordinate
installation with the difference trades.
- At project closeout, we provide as built drawings, a system warranty, and
training.
